No babysitter? Absolutely no problem! Yes, you’ve read that correctly, Alpha is excited to introduce an allocated Kid’s Area to the gym, allowing you to train at ease and do not have to worry about getting a babysitter!

The kid’s corner ensures that you don’t have to miss any of your gym sessions! The Kids area encourages a healthy lifestyle for your small ones including hopscotch activities, play pits, fun toys, and much more. The Kids Corner will of course be sanitised between each use. Important to note that the kid’s area will ONLY remain open until 16:30 pm each day due to a high number of class and gym-goers in the evenings.
