If you think you hate spinning, you just haven’t tried one of our classes yet. I will fight anyone who disagrees that spinning is the best medicine.

BLckspin

A 45 minute class for you and your babies to join other likeminded parents for a total body workout. These workouts are tailored to where you are postpartum.

S.G.S.T

SGST small group strength training. These classes focus primarily on weights and strength progression. We keep these classes small to further improve your technique.

conditioning

60 mins of pushing your fitness to the limits with cardio, ergs and weights. This workout is programmed into sections with a long warm up, a training block and a stretch after.

BIRDS N WORMS

An early morning sweat which is a mix of weights, cardio and core. It’s 40 minutes and id the perfect way to start your day. All exercises can be modified for you.

Is Hyrox. We program our classes to work on the fundamentals of Hyrox. Whether you are signed up to a race or not, this class is a fun way to push yourself and work on your overall strength & fitness.
